Modification/ Cancelation

We accept the cancellation and modification of orders up to 10 hours after the order has been placed. 

You can contact us via live chat or contact us here, providing your email & order number to request a modification or cancellation of an order. Normally your request will be accepted in 1-3 hours.

If within 10 hours, we cannot accept any modifications or cancellations because your order has been put into production.


We offer a 30-day return policy for our product. We will replace or refund your purchase if the product is damaged or materially different from the description on its respective site.

Shipping fees are not refundable. Refund will be processed only for the unit price that applies for refund.

If your item is damaged, please send us a photograph of the problem. When we verify that we made a printing mistake or that your item was damaged during shipping, we’ll happily reprint and reship the item to you 100% for free or refund.

We review claims within 24 business hours.

If you require a replacement product, you will receive a new order confirmation email with which you can track the progress of your replacement. Replacement orders generally take 5-10 business days for processing.

If you request a refund, your refund will be processed immediately. Your refund may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your method of payment.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

If you ordered the wrong size or your apparel does not fit, we’ll happily send a replacement for free.

We only allow items to be exchanged once. If you receive your new order and it still doesn’t fit, we can’t accept another exchange.
